I'm voting no on 86 because I think it punishes consumers, addicts, and poor people instead of tobacco companies and it benefits hospital with an anti-trust clause that seems like an unfair and ineffective way to deal with our healthcare crisis.
As for Camejo- I think he's the best candidate on the ballot for governor, and a vote for Angelides is a vote for ...Angelides. I just don't really care for the guy or his politics so I'm not going to vote for him. But it was a tough choice, I could either way really.
For Oakland folks I also forgot to add that I'm voting yes on measure O- instant runoffs!
